The TimeTonic subscription is a monthly or annual fee per named user.
The subscription varies according to the user's usage.

You can take out a monthly subscription by SEPA Direct Debit, which you can cancel at any time.
In the case of an annual subscription, your subscription will be renewed each year one month before the renewal date.

The distinction of user type is managed in TimeTonic at the Access Rights level.
In TimeTonic, Workspaces are the equivalent of a custom business application, a work environment in which you can manage any kind of information (customers, projects, field work, HR resources, etc.).
In TimeTonic a data corresponds to a field, i.e. the cell resulting from a column and a row. In fact, 100,000 pieces of data equal for example 10 columns x 10,000 rows.
The data can be shared, so for 10 users you get 1,000,000 data, for example 10 columns x 100,000 rows.
To give you total traceability, one of TimeTonic's columns records all changes entered in a row: who changed, what and when. TimeTonic keeps a history of changes over the last 12 rolling months.
